Note: Make sure you can distinguish regular verbs from irregular ones. For regular verbs, you add ‘ed’ or ‘d’ at the end when it comes to the past tense. Meanwhile, irregular verbs have their own past forms, for instance, rise => rose, grow => grew, go down => went down, etc.
